Disclaimer

Hourly billed services include but are not limited to: sketching, painting, preparing materials to ship
ALC Watercolor LLC retains the right to use any designs for self promotional purposes
Work that is refused by the client, or remains unpaid, will remain property of ALC Watercolor LLC and cannot be used in whole or in part by the client
ALC Watercolor LLC will not be responsible for any damage, loss or liability the client or any third party may suffer. This includes delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by ALC Watercolor LLC or otherwise
In the quote provided for a project, we provide the estimated time it will take to be completed. This timeframe may be longer if the client fails to provide content or feedback in a timely fashion
Commissioned projects will be added to schedule in the order deposit fees were received

The purchaser is deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions on receipt of payment

These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations, contracts, or agreements, unless specifically agreed otherwise by both Parties, in writing
ALC Watercolor LLC reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time
